The legal basis for specified personal data processing is the Consent to Personal Data Processing in accordance with the clause 1, part 1, article 6 of the Federl Law 152-FZ, posted via a hyperlink under the data collection form.

The data we receive during application processing is processed for one year or until Consent is withdrawn (whichever is the soonest) and is destroyed after thirty days in accordance with part 4–5 of article 21 of the Federal Law 152-FZ.

Upon reaching of the specified processing timelines, the User’s personal data will be destroyed by deletion from the information systems using the built-in features of the information system. Processing requests addressed via “Ask a question” form and via communication channels indicated in the the sites’ footer.

If you wish to contact us regarding a drug product or issues related to our activities, you can do this by filling out the feedback form or via contacts mentioned in the sites’ footer. When processing your request, the following information about you will be made available to us:
