The personal data processed for this purpose are not attributed to special categories or biometrics in accordance with articles 10–11 of the Federal Law 152-FZ and are processed in an automated way.
The legal basis for specified personal data processing is Consent to Personal Data Processing in accordance with the clause 1, part 1, article 6 of the Federal Law 152-FZ.
The data received by us during request processing is processed before the interaction within the consultation is completed or before the Consent is withdrawn (whichever is the soonest) and is destroyed after 30 days in accordance with part 4–5 of article 21 of the Federal Law 152-FZ.
Upon reaching of the specified processing timelines, the User’s personal data will be destroyed by deletion from the information systems using the built-in features of the information system.

The legal basis for specified personal data processing is the Consent to Personal Data Processing in accordance with the clause 1, part 1, article 6 of the Federl Law 152-FZ, posted via a hyperlink under the data collection form.
The data we receive during application processing is processed for one year or until Consent is withdrawn (whichever is the soonest) and is destroyed after thirty days in accordance with part 4–5 of article 21 of the Federal Law 152-FZ.
