Remaxoliv® is an oral hepatotropic medication administered at a dose of two tablets per day for 10 days.
Remaxoliv® is a fixed-dose combination of four components - inosine, methionine, nicotinamide, and succinic acid - formulated as enteric-coated tablets. The enteric coating prevents irritation of the gastric mucosa and allows the components to be released in the segment of the intestine where they can be rapidly absorbed. They are subsequently almost completely metabolized in the liver (see section 5.2 of the Summary of Product Characteristics [SmPC]).
